Yes, we are a team of certified and qualified construction professionals in Ghana with a D1/K1 certification from the Ministry of Works and Housing.

Project duration varies depending on the project type, size, complexity, etc. Large projects such as infrastructure and commercial buildings could take 2 years or more while medium and small scale projects such as private residences could take 9 to 24 months depending on project funding.

Our team prices a project based on a blank bill of quantities (BOQ) and drawings shared by the client. In the absence of a blank bill of quantities, our quantity surveyors prepare a BOQ based on the design drawings and specifications shared by the client.
